Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If a completed purchase is missing in the app, open the purchase screen and choose Restore.
Account and privacy help
You can use the app anonymously or save your account using email or Sign in with Apple. For a data question or deletion request, email support or follow the account-deletion instructions.
Safety
The girls are AI characters, not emergency or professional mental-health services. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the United States or contact your local emergency number.
Response time
We aim to respond to support emails within two business days.
